  2. Payment Options

      • Bank Deposit (ATH Móvil or Banco Popular).

      • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • For deliveries outside the British Virgin Islands, customers are responsible for any import/export charges and mailing fees, calculated at checkout.

  5. Return Policy

    • Products are sold on a no-return-for-credit basis unless:
      • They arrive damaged during shipping.
      • The incorrect quantity is delivered.
      • Incorrect or faulty products are supplied.

  6. Replacements and Refunds

    • Eligibility for replacements or refunds is limited to the following conditions:
      • The product must show a factory defect.
      • The product must not have been tampered with, altered, or damaged by the customer.
      • Requests for replacements or refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery.
      • To initiate a claim, customers must provide proof of defect (e.g., photos or videos) and may be required to return the product for inspection.
      • If the product qualifies, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the purchase price.

Important Notes:

  • Factory defects include functional issues, structural flaws, or manufacturing errors.
  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
